The page you are looking allows comments to be added, inline and as
you are reading. The software that does this is called Commentary.
To add a comment, double-click on the portion of the page you want to
comment on. The element will turn blue, and a comment
submission form will open up. Comments may also be edited and deleted.
Click to save the comment and
close the form, and
to save the comment without closing the form.
Comments you leave will be displayed inline in the page, and saved to
disk for other people to view. Anyway can edit a comment (using the
edit button: ); remove the entire
content body to delete the comment. If the data is being saved to a
Subversion repository, history will be preserved, so all old versions
of the comment and deleted comments will remain.
